- How do you motivate your team members? I like to talk about possibilities of results and ability to create solutions. Asking open-ended questions that lead the mind to think creative and outside the box.
- As a people-leader, how do you lead by example? I participate in tasks that are challenging to the team and I dive in first and start doing it. This motivates others to follow.
- How do you foster and encourage employee development? Employee Development is a really important factor when it comes to motivation and retaining employees. I try to regularly talk to the team about their individual likes and dislikes, their goals and new things they want to learn. Once we talk about those things, we find opportunities to work towards the goals and eliminate the dislikes.
