- What qualities do you think embody a successful people-leader? I believe a “people-leader” would do any job that she or he asks of their staff, be real with their staff, show compassion, and empathy
- As a people-leader, how do you lead by example? I am always available to my staff, I drive a route when needed, I involve myself in all meetings so that I am up front, and they know who I am, so they feel comfortable to speak with me freely. Always respond to a call, text, or email as soon as possible. I am honest with them and listen to them and help them out in situations at work. I make sure that I speak with all new trainees each day that they are in. I am a hands-on leader.
- What is the different between managing and leading? Managing gives the work out but leading helps motivate them achieve their goals.
